Mizuno Wave Nirvana 4

The fourth gen of this shoe bulks up the support without sacrificing shock absorption. A wavy, plastic cushion plate underlies the midsole, and a dense foam rubber post rests beneath the heel on the arch side. Perfect for runners with low to normal arches whose feet roll inward on impact. Excellent support and cushion will keep your feet comfortable long.
