ProGrid™ Lite, Rearfoot : Saucony's lightest version of ProGrid. A lighter, more effective way to dissipate shock and absorb impact to sets the foot up for a smooth transition : ProGrid : Designed to act like a trampoline for your feet, it absorbs impact, dissipates shock and maximizes rebound. It is constructed from lightweight foam materials to create a lighter and more cushioned platform which offers a smoother transition from heel through toe-off.
