I love this shoe and am looking to buy another pair for this year. I always wore Asics before and never thought I'd use a Nike, I thought they were too mainstream to have a real good running shoe, I was wrong!
They cured my shin splints and I ran my first full marathon last year with them and all the training. Twin Cities marathon. I'm looking to buy another set this year. they are very comfy, breathe fairly well, lots of cushioning under your feet but still responsive. My Asics were always finnicky, I'd either have the laces too tight or too loose and it would always bother me, this pair are much more forgiving.
