I train in Mizuno Alchemy. And this shoe felt slightly heavier.. putting the weight issue aside .. everything seem great.. ...Nike happened to design a great light MC shoe.. which is quite popular among shoe manu..
Just started running in the Nike Equalon and I must say has a very smoothest rides I've experienced from Nikes in a long time. It's softer and fits better than others MC shoes.....
I'm in love with the equalon more and more. It has a great ride, a good energy return.....The sockliner is not my favorite, but with orthotics, that won't matter.
