With full length SpEVA and increased the size of the Gel units in the heel and forefoot..this update feels heavier...but. however, while running the shoe feels light and quick.

These are some of the best running shoes, I’ve ever worn. great, very comfortable, and supportive. I have owned both the cumulus 4s, and 6s and the 7s top them all. I would highly recomend them.
The Cumulus doesn't seem to have the same good fit (for me) as that of the shoes with PHF, so I never bought them.
