Saucony Grid Omni V

Saucony®'s Grid Omni 5 uses HRC base with a firm, stabilizing second density post to provide a light, flexible and stable ride. Flex grooves help the shoe to bend and flex properly with the natural motion of the foot and a midfoot support bridge in the shank area of the midsole keeps the foot neutral in the midfoot phase of the gait cycle.

Omni 5 comes in two version : The "Moderate" is best for runners with normal arches who need some support and the firmer "Ultimate" is better for runners with normal to flat arches who need a bit more support.

Runner's World "Editor's Choice" for September 2005

With the trail ,you'll want to wear it everywhere. Aggressive outsole provides unbeatable traction, and gussetted tongue keeps out dirt and grime.

Features : Grid®, SRC™, HRC™, E.A.S™, Dual Density EVA, Medial Midsole Post

I owned Omni 5 and Trigon Guide 3..
The Omni is a far more stabil shoe than the guide which is barely more stable than the Ride.
I prefer Omni 5...
