The New Balance 766 features TS2 Transitional Support System which provides optimal support while enhancing transition from heel strike to forefoot. The dual-rubber outsole is constructed with solid rubber and N-Durance™ rubber for long-wearing durability. Abzorb® technology offers maximum shock absorption in the heel and forefoot.
I bought these after running in the 765, which I thought was awesome. These shoes aren’t horrible, but they are now more like a motion controll shoe, which is too supportive for me.
ReplyDeleteI love these shoes! they are super light and have plenty of support. My knee pain and plantar Fasciitis began to clear up as soon as I started wearing these shoes. Also, they are roomy. I don’t like my toes crunched together, but you do need one whole size bigger, like they reccomend.
ReplyDeleteThey advertise the new balance 766 as a blend between stability and cushioning. I ran with it for the first time today, and for me at least that seems to be true. The cushioning was really good. I never felt the pavement at all. sore when I finish my runs.)
ReplyDeleteOnly time will tell, but the 766 seems to be a keeper for me, and will be one of my main training shoes. For me it is a great balance of light weight, injury protection, and cushioning.
One of the top shoe from a great shoe company
ReplyDeleteThese are probably the best fitting, most comfortable running shoes that I have purchased to date. They were great right out of the box.
